Check with your roomates so you don't double up on things. The less you
bring, the less you have to carry into the dorm and out of the room. The
last day everyone will need to have their entire room cleaned and packed up
and all things put into my room b/f we go down to performances that morning
at 7:30am. So please pack lightly.
Seniors-lets plan on Monday coming over and rhinestoning all the shells.
After the performance at the picnic, we'll get everyones shells from them
for this. No alterations are allowed on the school owned unforms. These are
to last for the next 4-5 years. Each year of alterations, will wear them out
faster.
* Read through UDA's packing list as well!
I will need all the girls permission sheets signed at the picnic b/f we
leave. All need to be ready to go for check in at camp. IF anyone is taking
medicine or uses an inhaler etc., I need to know about it prior to camp.
Following the girls last performance and the close of the camp, parents and
girls come back to the dorms and gather all your stuff. Any parents that
want to get their girls stuff b/f we leave that morning for evaluations are
encouraged. The traffic after evaluations in the dorms and elevators is
BUSY.
You would have to be to my room by 7:15am or so to get it all, so plan
ahead. Anyone that needs a ride back to Marion after camp, let me know. I
will be following up the bus w/ a school van and returning home w/ the van.
So any parents that can't come up to watch the girls, I can bring your
daughter home, just let me know.
Let me know if you have any questions. I'll see you at the picnic!
